My weekend was amazing thanks to this hotel! The beach was stunning and clean, with crystal clear water and breathtaking views of the mountains. The facilities were great, including a spa, fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The shuttle service to nearby seafood restaurants was very convenient and the price was reasonable considering the 5-star quality of the hotel. The room was modern, spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the scenery.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The public toilets weren't well-maintained, and one was out of order during an event, causing a flood.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the amenities were luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived, to the day we left. Our room had exclusive advantages; the private facilities such as the bathroom and balcony were fantastic.
the window lock on the balcony was broken and couldn't be locked.

The view from our room was stunning, with a wide and beautiful beach and a breathtaking mountain landscape. the staff were friendly and attentive to details. the facilities were well-equipped, offering plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation. the hotel also provided a nice new year's celebration program.
The cleanliness of the public areas left a lot to be desired. the elevators and corridors were often dirty and had unpleasant odors.

The hotel is located on an island that is accessible by ferry, offering guests a beautiful beach and clean ocean waters. Rooms provide luxury interiors and breathtaking views, with some featuring a terrace and ocean view bathtub. Facilities include a spa, wellness center, fitness center, KTV, indoor and outdoor pools. the staff is attentive and accommodating, offering guests free entry to the spa center and providing a shuttle to the port for seafood taste.
One of the public toilets could have been cleaner and in better condition, which resulted in a flooded hallway one night.
